Gary Stephenson, a 14-year Navy veteran former air traffic controller, became a licensed bail bond agent in 1995,
joining his brother Craig in the bail bond business, and leaving a career with the US Navy, manning Naval Air Station
towers: NAS Fallon, Nevada; NAS Lemoore, California; aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln, home-ported in Alameda, California;
and other duty stations around the world, as well as serving in Desert Storm. Born and raised in Roseville, California,
Gary Stephenson has been married over 20 years, with three boys, two dogs (a Vizsla and a Lab mix), a warm, friendly family life in Sacramento,
and a compassionate approach to helping those who need bail. Since becoming a bail bondsman in 1995, Gary Stephenson
keenly knows the California courts, the jails, the California Criminal Court System, latest laws, police departments and criminal attorneys,
and knows just how to help people bail out of jail quickly, easily, and without red tape.
Roger Adair was born in Redwood City, California and raised in Sacramento, California. A
California Bail Bond Agent since 1992, Roger met Craig in 1992, Gary in 1995, and thinks of
them as best friends and ‘brothers’. Married for over 20 years with two teenage daughters,
Roger’s world revolves around his wife and two daughters. In his work, Roger is dedicated to
helping the families of those arrested get through the difficult time of arrest with prompt release
from jail, thoughtful support and information, while knowing the right things to say and do – and
the right people to talk to - in bail bond matters. Roger specializes in 1275 holds. Prior to Metro
One, Roger spent four years in the Navy as a firefighter- served in Desert Shield and Desert
Storm - blew his knee out in the Gulf War and was discharged as a disabled veteran after serving
4 full years. This accident ended his firefighting career, yet launched his career as a family oriented
‘can do’ bail bondsman. A licensed California Bail Agent since 1992, Roger has been a
Bail Agent for 15+ years, developing excellent working relationships with all court personnel,
district attorneys, criminal defense attorneys, judges and law enforcement. Exceptionally
dedicated to serving his bail bond clients, families and friends from beginning to end , Roger’s
‘do whatever it takes, can do’ attitude is positively reflected by his record of satisfied clients who
were quickly bonded out of jail. Roger, a jack man and gas man on a NASCAR Grand National
West team for a year, is an avid NASCAR racing fan, attending over 20 NASCAR races as a
spectator and a team member.
